Sara is a mother and grandmother, a nurturer of divine wisdom, soul-scape composer and the founder of CariadMAMs CIC, highlighting that Mothers Affection Matters. A community that is dedicated to nurturing mothers, fathers and their families, for we know it takes a village, and this is her life’s mission for ‘every child to rest in love’, the story written in her book, Cariad: Living as Love.
Always fascinated as a child by her own grandmother’s sharing of the words: ‘make me and instrument of thy peace’, but how? What will it take for us to find inner peace?'
What would it take for love to be excelling in our world?
It is in her picture book, Wings of Love, we best see this illustrated as the journey of the soul’s homecoming. Rising out of the darkest shadows, we receive this gift of love to set us free. As an Adlerian Psychotherapist, Sara enjoys enabling others to set themselves free by stepping their soul forward. In her own experience, over the last twenty years, having fostered mothers and babies, Sara has witnessed that as the sacredness of life is truly honoured, then stories can evaporate. But not until

For now, more than ever, it is time to celebrate our lives, and as an ecstatic dance teacher, Sara starts every day with movement and writing, sharing this fun with her grandchildren. Then managing her deepest grief with Soul Scapes and the Sacred Art of Bone Breathing, Sara is dedicated to Tao alchemy practices and is an accredited facilitator of bone breathing.
I first met Sara and Mark, the Founders of the Community Interest Company in 2019, initially providing support for the Womens Wellness Retreats.
In 2024 we were awarded a National Lottery Community Fund Grant to set up a Men’s Group.
My involvement with CARIAD has helped me with my personal development, and I have been able to draw on this and combine it with skills acquired during my corporate life to bring a structured, organised and focused approach to the development and running of the project.
Mark’s passion for the Group was infectious, and I am excited for the future of the Group and the positive influence we can have on our Community and the people around us.
